OFCORES and the Belgian Association of Marketing (BAM) have engaged in a long-term collaboration for the organization of this top event, that celebrated this year its 40th anniversary. The best event management expertise of OFCORES combined with the top marketing inspiration gurus resulted in an outstanding Congress experience!

Over 2 days, the congress immersed its attendees for 100% in the world of marketing: inspirational eye-opening talks, best practices and business cases from experts, 1.500 peers to network and a Marketing village that offers the best marketing solutions on the market.

Solutions

OFCORES managed the entire Marketing Congress on behalf of BAM. From event script and follow-up, the build-up of the stages and the Marketing Village, to the supply of the necessary technical know-how. Even the communication plan, the content of the themes and the selection of speakers were set up by OFCORES in consultation with the marketing federation, with the intent to incorporate the "Move with the times" theme in all event aspects.

Results

The Marketing Congress usually takes place in December, but the epidemic situation has decided otherwise. OFCORES smoothly moved the event to spring to the general satisfaction of visitors, exhibitors, speakers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

As a full service event partner OFCORES delivered an excellent Marketing Congress. Thanks to a strong promotion campaign 1.500 marketing professionals attended the postponed event. During 2 days 57 keynote speakers were managed across 3 high tech stages with live streaming and digital Q&A. A cozy Marketing Village with 35 exhibitors, supported by an interactive platform offered the needed networking opportunities for the attendees.
