Project

The Alliance to End Plastic Waste is dedicated to eradicating plastic pollution by improving waste management systems, encompassing collection, sorting, processing, and recycling. "Circularity in Action" provided a platform to highlight these initiatives, presenting innovative solutions to tackle plastic waste on a global scale.

The event also featured a high-level panel discussion on current efforts by governments, industries, start-ups, and international non-profits to address plastic pollution. Discussions delved into the solutions that setted the stage for future international negotiations aimed at creating a legally binding instrument on plastic pollution.

Solutions

As the organizing event company, we led the design and creation of the exhibition booth, ensuring it effectively showcased the cutting-edge solutions aimed at tackling plastic waste. At the opening event, we convened leaders and policymakers to ignite meaningful conversations and drive forward actionable solutions for a sustainable future.

To ensure seamless execution, we oversaw all aspects of event logistics, from coordinating with suppliers to managing the venue and catering teams. Our efforts extended to smooth collaboration with partners, suppliers, hotels, and attendees contributing to the event's overall success. Additionally, we supported the roundtable sessions, which provided an opportunity for in-depth discussions on critical sustainability topics, driving further collaboration and momentum in the global fight against plastic pollution.
