CCSA EU Conference 2025

Organised by the Carbon Capture & Storage Association, the EU Conference 2025 served as the flagship European event on CCUS technologies. Building on the success of the 2024 edition, the 2025 event attracted approximately 250 delegates, reflecting the sector’s growing momentum. The agenda featured 11 sessions and close to 30 high-profile speakers from across the policy, industry, and innovation landscape.
The programme included panel discussions, keynote presentations, and dedicated networking opportunities, such as a lunch break and closing drinks. Participants included representatives from EU institutions, national governments, industrial developers, financial and legal experts, and civil society—highlighting the collaborative spirit of the CCUS community.
Solutions
For this event, we provided end-to-end event solutions tailored to the needs of both the client and the venue. We identified and secured the Cardo Brussels Hotel as the ideal location, ensuring alignment with the event’s strategic positioning. Our team developed bespoke branding elements including a stage backdrop adapted to the venue’s screen setup and directional signage to guide attendees.
We managed all aspects of registration, from developing the landing page with a dynamic agenda to overseeing on-site check-ins and post-event analytics. Our communication strategy included timely participant updates, confirmation emails, and practical information, ensuring smooth guest experiences from start to finish. We also proposed and sourced branded participant gifts to enhance engagement.
Additional support included coordinating hotel room blocks for attendees, managing relations with the venue for catering and logistics, and hiring professional hostesses and security personnel to ensure safety and discretion given the sensitive nature of the topic.
