The Annual Assembly of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) hosted the 11th edition of its Annual Assembly on 4-6 December 2019 at the Marriott Hotel in Brussels. EaP CSF partnered with OFCORES to ensure the proper management and communication of EaP’s civil society achievements and contributions to the reform process in the region.
Solutions
Our solutions comprised on-site management, venue and catering sourcing and management, floor-plan creation, and supplier negotiations and contracting, including AV equipment, photographer, videographer and private transportation. Additionally, OFCORES ensured the exceptional set-up of the venue and on-site registration management, in addition to organizing two cocktail dinners and an award ceremony.
