EU TAX Observatory 2025
Project
This high-level annual policy event brought together EU policymakers, academics, civil society, and business leaders to examine the evolving interplay between tax policy, competition, and cooperation in the European Union.
The event came on the heels of the launch of the EU Competition Compass, reflecting a renewed EU focus on ensuring that tax systems contribute to both competitiveness and equity.
With a mix of keynote speeches and expert panels, the event served as a critical platform for forward-looking dialogue on how tax policy can support a fairer, more cooperative European economic landscape.
Solutions
For this event, we provided full project management, guiding the entire event process from initial concept through to successful delivery and post-event wrap-up. Our responsibilities included venue benchmarking, contracting and coordination of suppliers, and ensuring a smooth production process both in the lead-up to and during the event. Onsite, our team ensured flawless logistics and operational flow, while also providing support after the event’s conclusion.
While the client managed the registration platform, programme content, and speaker coordination internally, we focused on delivering all logistical and production-related aspects to the highest standards. Close collaboration with the client and stakeholders allowed us to align the operational delivery with the strategic ambitions of the event.
This edition was particularly significant as it followed the introduction of the EU Competition Compass and brought together policymakers, academics, and industry voices to explore the future of tax and competition policy in the EU.
