Project
As the logistics partner for the European Innovation Council, we facilitated the participation of 15 European companies at GITEX Global, ensuring their presence at the European Pavilion ran smoothly and effectively.
Solutions
Our team designed and produced the European Pavilion, providing a platform for 15 European companies to showcase their products. We managed hotel arrangements for the delegation, organized the European Night networking event for 300+ industry policymakers and stakeholders, and ensured seamless on-site logistical support for pitches and panel talks. With a focus on efficiency and adaptability, we also handled ad hoc problem-solving, ensuring the success of the EIC’s presence at this global tech trade fair.
