OFCORES managed, pre-production, the event itself and post-production from A to Z.

This included hotel, travel and shuttle arrangements for all participants, as well as the curation of a dynamic agenda of keynote speech, workshops, team-building activity and leisure activities.

Each participant received a welcome pack (including branded flip-flops, enamel pin, T-shirt and bandana) upon arrival, setting the tone for the days ahead.
