The NoBoCap Community Summit 2025, held October 15-16 in Brussels, focused on navigating complex EU medical device (MDR/IVDR) regulations, bringing together SMEs, innovators, Notified Bodies, and EU officials for workshops and discussions on AI Act interplay, breakthrough device pathways, and alternative evidence (like RWD) for approvals, aiming to streamline market access and foster innovation through collaboration and knowledge sharing. Key takeaways involved fostering dialogue, improving dossier quality, and leveraging NoBoCap services to accelerate innovative health tech in Europe.

OFCORES is the Event Partner of the NoBoCap Community Summit since 2024. We are taking care of everything:
Project Management
- Pre-production of the event: Creation and supervision of the event deliverables.
- Supplier Management: Negotiation, contracting and day-to-day management of all suppliers (AV, venue, catering, video/photographers, hostess, entertainment, print…)
- Budget Management and reporting
- Conceptualisation of the event
- Script management: Preparation of detailed event script. (Including technical suppliers meeting and last-minute update implementation) and Run of Show for AV.
On-site management
- Coordination of the logistics of the event
- Ensure the proper set-up, branding, entertainment, technical setup & support staff.
- Make sure all aspects are implemented as agreed.
- Managing last minute requests
- Ensure the overall smooth running of all event aspects.
Post-event management
- Event reporting
- Financial reporting: Issue verification (possibly negotiation) and validation invoices. Handle all suppliers.
- Produce a debrief for NoBoCap and all suppliers. This will entail evaluation of the venue and suppliers, as well as a debrief on the services provided by OFCORES and the collaboration with the NOBOCAP Partners.
