P95 TEAM BUILDING 2022 - Mallorca
Project
P95 finds, collects, analyzes and reports epidemiological data to assist public health agencies, research organisations and pharmaceutical companies in improving peoples’ access to safe and effective vaccines. The company’s staff comprises a diverse team of epidemiologists, data scientists, statisticians, data analysts, medical writers, safety and pharmacovigilance specialists, project managers and business support professionals from at least 20 different countries.
OFCORES was contacted to organize a team building event for P95 to allow colleagues to meet in-person, discuss past, present and future of the company, to acknowledge their diversity and enjoy social activities.
OFCORES chose the beautiful Mallorca to organize the P95 Annual Retreat. Around 100 employees attended the team building in the Melia South Beach Hotel during one entire week in October! We provided a varied programme with business meetings, plenary sessions and breaks for relaxation and social activities on the beach and in the city of Palma. They experienced a wonderful couple of days!
Solutions
OFCORES took care of the transfer of the participants from all corners of the world to Mallorca and back. On site, they welcomed the P95 team, arranged the multiple business meetings, the entertainment and the different breaks, lunches and dinners. The activity on the beach and in the city of Palma was one of the top moments. 10 groups of 10 people competed one against another in completing several amusing challenges.
