The Qualify to Certify Summit addressed the pressing regulatory issues faced by MedTech SMEs and start-ups under the EU’s MDR and IVDR frameworks. These regulations, while essential for ensuring safety and efficacy, often present significant hurdles for smaller companies. The summit created an opportunity for these innovators to engage with policymakers, Notified Bodies, and fellow innovators, learning about national-level best practices that foster SME growth and innovation. Participants also explored the tools and services offered by NoBoCap to assist in regulatory preparedness, enabling smoother access to Notified Bodies and improving the overall quality of submitted dossiers.
Solutions
We delivered event management, handling every aspect from venue selection at The Hotel Brussels to coordinating the event timeline, managing suppliers, and overseeing participant registration. On the day of the event, our team ensured smooth on-site logistics.
In terms of communication, we worked closely with the client to create a consistent event identity, offering branding support and developing creative materials like presentations and graphics. We also ensured the event was professionally documented by providing an on-site photographer and videographer, capturing key moments and facilitating high-quality streaming for virtual attendees.
