WHAT IT TAKES FOR JOINING US

  • A minimum 3 years experienced professional who worked in an agency, is customer-focused and passionate about events and hospitality
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and/or stress, resourceful/resilient and a team player
  • Trilingual EN-FR-NL
  • Feel like at home among corporate and institutional audiences
  • Allowed to work in Belgium and drive a car

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF (BUT NOT ONLY)

  • Translate the client’s needs into a concept and action plan under the supervision of a Project Manager
  • Ensure the development and production of complex virtual, hybrid and live events
  • Coordinate logistics before, during and after an event
  • Deliver on-site event management with a positive hands-on attitude
  • Follow through with various administrative tasks
  • Proactively curious about new technologies and events trends

  

Junior Sales & Digital Marketing assistant

JUNIOR SALES & DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

WHAT IT TAKES FOR JOINING US

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales & Lead generation, customer-focused and passionate about events and hospitality – B2B experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills – knowledge of CRM practices is a plus
  • A digital-savvy hat 
  • SEO, SEA, online advertising strategies, lead generation, digital marketing analytics is a known field to you
  • Solid negotiating skills
  • Trilingual EN-FR-NL
  • Social, collaborative and a team player
  • Feel like at home among corporate and institutional audience
  • Allowed to work in Belgium and drive a car
  • Some video-making & design is definitely a plus !

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF (BUT NOT ONLY)

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Manage mailing and direct contact with prospect as well as follow-up of queries on our online platforms
  • Ensure follow-up and regular communication with clients, prospects and industry key-players – for a smooth CRM implementation in coordination with the Marketing manage
  • Review offers every trimester
  • Assist the marketing manager with content & visuals’ creation – website, newsletter, social media, copywriting, client presentations, …
  • Help at managing Google ads and Make Google Analytics reports
  • Proactively curious about new technologies and events trends

  • Team player
  • Good knowledge of English + Dutch or French
  • Current studies in Event or Hotel Management
  • Highly motivated

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF (BUT NOT ONLY)

You will be working under the supervision of a Project Manager / Project Coordinator and performing different Project management tasks going from administrative support (e.g. setting up a registration platform, creating benchmarks, follow-up ongoing negotiations and agreements with suppliers, ...) to onsite support (e.g. coordinating build-up/breakdown, managing registration desk, trouble-shooting, ...)
