What will you do?

Concept Development & Action Plan: Translate the needs of our clients into creative concepts and actionable plans for unique hybrid and live events. Ensure every detail is perfect from idea to execution.

Account Management: Build strong relationships with our clients and act as their main point of contact.

Offers & Budget Management: Prepare detailed offers and manage budgets accurately. We work with Teamleader Orbit.

Team Coaching & Leadership: Lead and coach your team by setting a good example and creating an inspiring work environment.

Event Management: Travel to locations worldwide to oversee and ensure flawless execution on-site with the team. Manage multiple events simultaneously and ensure smooth execution.

Supplier Management: Prepare comprehensive briefings and negotiate with suppliers (AV, print, exhibition, catering, etc.) using your extensive knowledge and experience.

Tool Implementation: Optimize and implement our tools, such as registration platforms, websites, and virtual/hybrid event platforms.

Trendwatcher: Monitor trends and changes in the sector closely to stay one step ahead.

Go the extra mile: Lead by example and go that extra mile in every project to make a difference.
Who are you?
-
Minimum of 5 years of work experience at an event or communication agency in a leadership role.

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.

Team player with strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Able to work independently, with the capacity to share and transfer knowledge.

Proactive with good logistical insight and a natural drive for initiative.

A passport with enough blank pages ready to be stamped.

Valid driver's license B β you love road trips.

What will you do?
As the Marketing & Communication Manager, you are our go-to person for both OFCORES and the BAM Marketing Congress. Your tasks include:
For OFCORES:
-
Developing a marketing strategy, rolling out plans, and bringing them to life.
-
Drafting a marketing budget.
-
Central contact point for all marketing-related matters.
-
Operational leadership of the MarCom department and creation of a team
-
Securing our corporate identity.
For the BAM Marketing Congress:
-
Being part of our project team.
-
Setting up and rolling out a marketing plan in collaboration with strategic partners.
-
Managing internal & external communication with all stakeholders (including congress committee, participants, speakers, partners)
-
Negotiating and implementing media partnerships.
Who are you?
-
Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a creative setting).
-
Degree in Marketing or Communication.

Extensive knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, ...), Canva, Wordpress, Drupal, and mailing tools.

Strongly developed sense of creativity and concept development.

Excellent writing skills in both Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a plus).

Good at planning and organizing.

What will you do?
As an Event Manager, you will have the opportunity to travel the world and coordinate and follow up on our projects. Your tasks will include:

Project Management: Coordination and follow-up of projects, including setting benchmarks, daily budget management via Teamleader Orbit, creating timelines, deadlines, priorities, and goals for each project, and closely monitoring progress.

Supplier Negotiations: Conduct negotiations like a pro and always look for the best deals and partners.

Client Relations: Communicate, maintain, and develop strong, trust-based relationships with our clients.

Event Management: Travel to locations worldwide to manage everything on-site and ensure flawless execution.

Implementation Tools: Optimize and implement our tools, such as registration platforms, websites, and virtual/hybrid event platforms.

Trendwatcher: Keep a close eye on trends and changes in the industry to stay one step ahead.
