Project
The European Shipping Summit 2025 took place on March 19-20, 2025, at the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, in Brussels. This two-day event featured engaging industry sessions, valuable networking opportunities, and high-level discussions with European and International policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders.

Notable speakers included Nobel Laureate Paul Krugman, European Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism Apostolos Tzitzikostas, and several European Transport Ministers. The Summit provided a platform for addressing key issues facing the shipping industry and fostering collaboration across the sector.
In addition, the Gala Dinner welcomed 295 guests in the main Forum of the Museums, offering a chance for further networking and celebration.

Solutions
For this event, we delivered a comprehensive suite of solutions covering the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-event follow-up. Our team managed all aspects of project coordination, including production planning, onsite logistics, and post-production wrap-up. We developed and maintained customized registration platforms and ensured the event website remained up-to-date and responsive to evolving event requirements.
We oversaw supplier management, coordinating with multiple vendors and conducting benchmarking for venues, merchandise, and service providers to ensure high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.
To support a seamless attendee experience, we organised the Gala Dinner and developed targeted communications for participants, speakers, and VIP guests, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the process. We also managed sponsor relations, including the design and construction of sponsor booths, to ensure optimal brand visibility and engagement throughout the event.
